7/12 8U Invite @ Naperville Tennis Club

One of the best meets of the season! Here are all the details for the 8U invite!

Location / Address:  Naperville Tennis Club

Parking:  Due to the limited size of the NTC parking lot, all visitors are asked to use street parking (follow posted street-sign instructions accordingly) on Benton Ave.

Gates Open:  7:30am 

Positive Check-In Deadline:  8:00am

Warm-Up : 8:20am (Huntington Lane 1-3)

Meet Start:  9:00am 

Concessions:  There will be concessions offered but no further details. They will accept cash or Zelle

Jobs:  Check-in for jobs will be at the Barracudas team area

Timers Meeting:  8:30am

Tent City Set Up:  Please see meet packet the last page is the team area. We are all the way in the back section of the away team parking lot.

Swim Meet Checklist:  Swimsuit, swim caps, goggles, towels, sunscreen/bug spray, dry clothes, shoes, tent/blanket, sharpies, and FUN RELAY BARRACUDAS VIBES

Bull Pen:  Blue Canopy will be on site again to help line up swimmers. 

Event Numbers:   Events are finalized and can be viewed for Saturday. Make sure you have your swimmer’s events listed on their hands/arms or on paper before you leave the house. Relays can always change after positive check-in. Blue clipboards will be available with the event numbers for swimmers to check their events and write their numbers on their hand. 

This is a city qualifying meet so if your swimmer achieves a qualifying time Saturday, it counts.

The 8U invite is a REALLY fun meet but for some of the younger swimmers (especially 6U) this will be a lot of swimming for them. You might want to pack extra food for fuel for your swimmers.
