We are officially rescheduled with the Centennial Beach Mudrats for Tuesday, July 15th at our beloved Huntington home pool. There are a few important steps we are asking all families to complete as soon as possible:

Meet Commitment

Every swimmer will need submit their commitment (declare or decline) for the make up meet on July 15th. None of those entries carried over from the previous event file. Everyone should have received an event email asking you to declare. Please take a moment and either declare or decline your swimmer. If you had any notes in your original submission, please enter those as well (i.e. no fly, arriving late, barracudas are awesome, etc). We will not have enough time to reach out to you asking if your swimmer is coming, so please take a moment and take care of this now.

Jobs

If you had a scheduled job we have manually entered your name in the job slot for the 7/15 meet. If you can no longer do this job because something has changed, please remove yourself ASAP. We need to see what gaps we have and we will ask for everyone's help to fill these empty spots. We are asking all families to review and update their jobs if needed no later than tomorrow, Friday, July 11th.

Officials - please reconfirm your spots with Brent if there are any changes and you can no longer attend.

Practice Updates

Reminder we are back at Huntington for practices tomorrow, Friday July 11th. With our last dual meet now being July 15th, the last day of practice for any swimmer not swimming classic or city will be Tuesday, July 15th.

City & Classic Updates

Tuesday will still count for city qualifying times. If you already committed to city or classic, you should have received an email from our classic coordinator (Ashley Barra) and city coordinator (Arica LeFevour) with imporant job assignment information. If you have not received this or looked at it, please let us know as soon as possible. We have deadlines to submit our worker list as early as Friday to the conference.

July 12 - Registration deadline for Naperville Classic Meet

July 15 - Last Barracudas practice for swimmers not swimming in Classic or City

July 15 - Barracudas meet vs Centennial Beach (home) Spirit Theme - USA DAY

July 17 - High School Invite @ Naper Carriage Hill

July 18 - Registration deadline for Naperville City Meet

July 18 - Classic Breakfast and Car Decorating (after each age group practices)

July 18 - Last Barracudas practice for swimmers attending Classic

July 19 - Naperville Classic Meet @ Neuqua Valley High School PM Session (plan on doors open ~12pm)

July 20 - Barracudas Swim Team Banquet 5pm
