Swim Team News ~ Week of February 26

Dear Swim Team Families,

The time has almost come - the pool is opening this Sunday on March 3. 

Spring Clinics kick off next week on Monday March 4. Have you registered yet? If not, now is the time. There are two options, Weekday or Weekend. 

If you are a returning family, it also is not too early to register for swim team, which begins on April 22 with In School season. 

In addition to the swim suit fittings scheduled for March 24 and April 9 onsite at MVP, our partner vendor, Elsmore Swim Shop in Walnut Creek, is offering our swimmers the opportunity to be fitted at their store. If you have not visited Elsmore, it is a great shop with all things swim. The in-store fittings are 11am-4pm on March 10, March 17, and March 24.

To participate in Spring Clinics, your child must be able to swim the length of the pool, in the lanes, unassisted. There are no coaches in the water during Spring Clinics. If you are unsure, please sign up for and attend the March 3 evaluation before registering:

Swim Team Registration: 

6 & Under through 15-18 registration is open for returning families. In School season begins April 22.

8 & Under Evaluation Registration:

If your swimmer is new to the swim team, did not complete in 2023, or was a Mini Marlin in 2023, please attend the 8 & Under evaluation on March 23 at MVP before registering for swim team or Mini Marlins.
