Final Update of 2022: Meet results and important dates:)

Good morning SVY,

Last evening I got the results back from the meet in Stanwood and wanted to share what I found as I looked through them:

• We had a total of 34 Personal Best (PB) times swam that day, and every swimmer got at least 1 new best time. Way to go team!!
• Noah Dobbs joins the Regional Qualifiers with his 100 breast performance, congratulations!
• There were 8 new Y-Regional qualifying times swam by our team
• Biggest time drop goes to Margaret Nichols, shaving 13.48 off her 100 back time!

While the year may be coming to a close, our swim season has just begun to ramp up. Here is a list of the upcoming events and important dates:

• On Jan 1st at 11:45am we will have the Polar Plunge at Lake Samish, please indicate whether or not you will go:)
• Jan 7th is the Friday Harbor meet (Ferry Ride Meet), deadline to sign up is the 4th of January 
• Jan 15th is the Snohomish Distance Meet in Everett, deadline to sign up is also on the 4th of January 

Jan 28th is Y-State Championships! Swimmers must have been registered with their Y team for at least 90 days AND have attended 2 YMCA meets to participate. I will be compiling a list of swimmers that are eligible and sending that out shortly.
