2024 Practice Schedule
May 28 through June 6 (Mon-Thurs) - Pre-season / Evening Practice
- 8 & Unders and Mini-Makos: 6:00 - 6:30 PM
- 9-10 Age Group: 6:30 - 7:15 PM
- 11-12 Age Group: 6:30 - 7:15 PM
- 13-14 Age Group: 7:15 - 8:00 PM
- 15-18 Age Group: 7:15 - 8:00 PM
June 10 through July 26 (Mon-Fri) - Regular Season / Morning Practice
- 9-10 Age Group: 7:30 - 8:20 AM
- 8 & Unders (not Mini-Makos): 8:20 - 9:00 AM
- 11-12 Age Group: 9:00 - 9:50 AM
- Mini-Makos: 9:05 - 9:45 AM
- 13-14 and 15-18 Age Groups: 9:50 - 10:50 AM
The coaches will also hold clinics on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6-8PM) once Regular Season practice begins. The clinics are intended for swimmers who are not legal in all four strokes or disqualified at a meet. They are designed to provide swimmers with extra time to work on specific skills as determined by the coaching staff. Clinics are not a substitute for morning practice. Clinics are also not for Mini-Makos. More specific information about clinics will be shared once the season begins.
