Brookside Meet Details and More!

Parents - Thank you to all of the parents that have committed or declined their swimmers for Saturday. If you have not done this, do this now, please!  Meet entries are being done today. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, reply to this email and let me know. THEN, sign up to volunteer at the meet. All volunteer job descriptions are here for your reading pleasure. 

Our 1st Friday FUNday's theme is Hawaiian. Wear your grass skirts, leis and big florals! Remember that FUNday is only for competitive team members from 9-10:30am

Now for meet details...

Who: Lancers @ Brookside Hurricanes (Brookside Visitor Packet link)

Where: 7197 Riley Rd, Warrenton, VA 20187 (not close by)

When: June 24, 2023; 6:15am check-in for 6:30am warmup. Meets starts at 7:00am

Visitor Area: We will be setting up on the fenced-in court to the right of the pool (bring chairs, the ground is cement)

Parking: There is no parking on Riley Rd. The best bets for parking appear to be along Brookside Parkway and on Allison Marshall Rd. 

Note: We are not permitted to use the playground near the pool as it belongs to the HOA.

Buddy Theme: Buddy selfie and cheer for buddy at meet. Please send buddy selfies to [email protected]. They will be part of something fun at awards night.
