Step 1: Birmingham Public Schools Athletic Registration

• CLICK HERE to register with Birmingham Public Schools
• Follow the instructions from Birmingham Public Schools which will include a physical form (if it's not on file at school already). The instructions for submitting your child's registration and physical are provided by Seaholm High School.

Step 2: Boys Water Polo Team Registration

• CLICK HERE to register with Birmingham Seaholm Boys Water Polo Team
• Scroll down and add "Boys Water Polo" to your cart ($0)
• You will be then prompted with a box telling you it was added to your cart. Select the button "Checkout Now"
• Please Login or Create a New Account
  • You will also be asked to select from a drop down menu the "Member". This will be your child's name. If they have never participated in Seaholm Aquatics in the past, please add them as a "New Member"

Step 3: Booster Fees

• Boosters fees are $300 due to Captains Parents
