Thank you for helping with morning breakfast. The girls look forward to a healthy breakfast after morning practice.
Please note that we have 1 swimmer with peanut/tree nut/chickpea/garbanzo bean/lentil/green pea allergies that needs to be accommodated. All ingredients/items cannot be processed on equipment that processes or in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts. We also have 1 swimmer with a Gluten allergy (no wheat/barley/rye/oats)- please have a gluten free option as well. We have swimmers with allergies to mushrooms, cashews, KIND bars, melon and pineapple.
Please plan to be set up by 6:40am on the metal concession stand counter on your assigned days. You should bring cups, plates, napkins and utensils.
Monday & Wednesday - Please bring a “healthyish” type of main entree such as: egg bake, egg burritos, egg sandwiches, cheesy potatoes, fruit, low-fat/low sugar yogurt, low-fat/low sugar granola, low-fat chocolate milk, orange juice.
Fridays - “Grab & Go” day. Please bring items such as: bagels & cream cheese, low-fat muffins, granola bars, low-fat chocolate milk, bananas, clementines, oranges, bag of grapes, etc. This is meant to be a quick, on the run type of meal.
There are 31 swimmers in the morning practice (plus 3 coaches).
If you aren’t available on the day you are scheduled, please find another person to switch with and let Vickie Memmer know so the schedule can be updated. If you need contact info to coordinate with your partner, please reach out to Vickie Memmer.
We are guessing that only State qualifiers will continue past 10/20/24 but this date may change - will update if needed
