It takes a village to operate our swim program and host team events. Each season we require a certain number of service hours from each family. This can take the form of signing up for jobs at swim meets such as timing, meet marshalling, officiating (let us know if you're interested in getting certified as a USA Swimming Official), etc. but can also take place during team activities.

Each family has a service requirement on their account and it is "paid off" in one of two ways:

  1. Volunteer at team events and reduce the hourly balance, or
  2. Pay off the service hourly requirement at $40/hour.

We do not what to charge for unworked service hours!  We want our families involved in their children's activities and showing support by not only cheering but by getting involved; helping make their swim program the best program in Southern Arizona.  We want our families to get to know each other and strike up their own friendships within the team and really make our swim program a tight community.
