About the Southbend Swim Team (SBST)

Located in the Rochedale Hundred Community, the Southbend Swim Team (known as the "Sailfish") is a summer neighborhood swim team, which is part of the Southside Swim League (SSL). The Southbend Sailfish were formed in 2012 and have continued to grow throughout the years. We welcome both Southbend and Non-Southbend neighborhood families to swim on our team. We also accept new and non-experienced swimmers from the ages of 4-18!

We take pride in equipping each swimmer with the knowledge and skills needed to swim safely. We have so much fun each Summer, helping to improve each individual swimmer, as well as growing together as a team. We encourage and invite you to come "splash through the Summer" with us, while learning lifelong skills of swimming, self-growth, and teamwork!
