Carb Night Information

The Pre-Champs Rally and Dinner will be at the club on Thursday, July 17th at 6pm. The coaches have a fun little skit/musical number planned so you don’t want to miss this! This is about pumping the team up for the big meet, hanging out with friends, decorating cars, picking up your champs shirt and so much more!

The meal will be pasta and an assortment of sauces, chicken and vegetarian options, bread, salad, lemonade and a cookie. Orders will be taken until Thursday at 12:00 pm, You are also welcome to bring your own food/dinner if pasta isn’t your thing. Come ready to have fun!    

Champs Parade

Champs is time for the real stars to shine, so we are rolling out the red carpet Hollywood style for the Broadstone Barracudas.  We will be preparing all week with fun activities right after practice, but we also need you to prepare for our parade.  Gather up your fancy pants and dress to impress...or maybe you are the paparazzi. In that case, be ready to grab some shots of the biggest stars in swim.  Please don't break the bank with your costume (unless that is your thing..then go for it).  Maybe you have an old prom or homecoming dress, suit jacket, bow tie, or princess dress hanging around or you can hit up amazon or the thrift store.  Paparazzi could have a big camera (with a flash for bonus points) and a homemade press pass hanging around their neck.   

Champs is about competition but it’s also about having fun, camaraderie and being a big swim family!

The Champs Parade will start at 7am on Saturday morning. Gather near the ready bench around 6:30am and we will line up together as a team at 6:45am.
