Refund Policy for Summer Swim

The refund request deadline is APRIL 7, 2026

We have a very strict refund policy because we have swimmers who are on a wait list and can only be added to the swim team if another swimmer drops early enough in the season. 

Any swimmer, who terminates from the team for any reason, must request a refund using the following policy:

● Requests emailed to [email protected] 

● All refunds will be subject to a non-refundable $25 fee.

● All requests for a refund must be made in writing using this form. Be sure to include the swimmer’s full name and age.

● Print this form and fill in the below portion. Then scan and email to:[email protected]  ATTN: Barracuda Refund Request.

● All refunds will be processed through the team website. Only the credit card used at the time of registration will be refunded.

 

6 and under swimmer refund policy: BSC understands that sometimes it is hard to gauge if your child is ready for swim team or not. All 6 and under swimmers must come with some basic swim safety skills but we encourage you to try us out. However, it is at the sole discretion of the swim coach if they believe that your child is ready or not. If the coach believes that your swimmer is not ready after the first two weeks of practice a full refund will be given at that time.
