What is it?  Hox Last Chance Meet is a chance for swimmers to improve their times for the season in whichever individual events they choose.  For those swimmers close to their Gold/County Qualifying times, this is one last chance to achieve a qualifying time or improve their seed time before County Championships Meet.

Who can participate?   Any swimmer between the ages of 6-18 who registers may participate.  Please note that this is NOT a Stingrays sponsored event.  Families are responsible for registering and paying for their own swimmers and coaches will NOT be in attendance at this meet.  

Where does the meet take place?  Blackhawk Country Club Sports Complex, 1098 Eagle Nest Place, Danville CA

Date and Time:  Sunday, July 21, 2024; meet will start at 3:00pm

Warmups:  Open (all swimmers) from 1:30-2:30; 8 and unders only warm up  2:30-2:45.  Meet starts at 3:00pm. 

Directions and Parking: From 680 North, take the El Cerro exit and
turn left. Continue straight - El Cerro Road becomes Diablo Road which then
becomes Blackhawk Road. Follow the road until you reach the Main Gate
entrance at Blackhawk Country Club. Turn left into the visitor’s lane. Once
through the gate, proceed straight on Blackhawk Drive. At the roundabout,
turn left. The pool is located at the very top of the hill on the left.
In addition to the main parking lot, street parking is available as well as a
dirt parking lot located at the back of the main lot. Please do not park in any reserved spaces (reserved spaces will be clearly marked). 

Gate Access to Parking: This is a gated country club.  To gain entry, you must show your driver's license and tell them at the gate that you are there for the swim meet.  

Fees & Entries:

Registration Deadline:  Registration closes at 11:00 AM on July 19, 2024, or when the  meet reaches capacity.  Individuals must pre-register online at www.fastswims.com    

PSYCH Sheet:  The PSYCH sheet will be posted by Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 10am.  All swimmers should review the PSYCH SHEET and contact [email protected] IMMEDIATELY with any corrections.  The meet program will be posted by 9am on 7/21/2024 at www.hoxswim.com

Results: Meet results will be posted on Meet Mobile.

Set Up:  Teams may set up starting at 1:00pm on Sunday.  

Volunteer Requirement:  None!!!

T-Shirts:  Tshirts will be sold on site.

Use of the Facility:  This is a pre-registered event and is not open to the public.  It is restricted to swimmers, their parents, and swim team officials only.  There is 1 bathroom on the pool deck with additional bathrooms upstairs near Hawk's Nest Snack Bar.  There are NO locker rooms on site.  There are 2 changing tents located at the bathrooms near the bocce courts.
