Welcome Party Raffle

  • Breaking News!!!!  **We will have a raffle at the Welcome Party**.  Tickets will be just $1 so bring cash to support the team and to purchase tickets for a chance to win fun prizes!
  • The big prize is pictured below and is valued at over $200.  It includes a a beach bag, 3 person pop up tent, neck fan, two towels, goggles, water bottle, swim cap, Benicia Stingray Spirit Wear, grass blanket, swim meet pen, snacks, and more!!!!  
  • The raffle will also have many fun gift cards for winners to choose from!

 

One More Lap

  • If you have outgrown swim gear (fins, team suits in good condition, parkas, etc), please consider donating them to the One More Lap Swim Program.  You can give any donations to Evan (14 year old swimmer and junior coach) at the Welcome Party.  All donated items will get added to the One More Lap Sign Up Genius and are available on a first come first serve basis.  Justin and Evan Magno have coordinated donations for almost 50 items this season alone so let's keep it going!  

 

Sponsor a Chair!

  • Our timing chairs desperately need to be upgraded.  If you have ever helped with set up and take down at a home meet, then you know how rickety our chair storage cart is and how old the chairs are (everyone knows how hot a metal chair can get as it sits in the sun!)
  • Double Rainbow has sponsored our first chair (see below).  Your family can also sponsor the purchase of a chair (for $100) to have your name, your swimmer's name, or your business name on the chair for all of eternity.  What a great way to support our team and to say thanks to your swimmer for all of their hard work!

  • For those of you who are not aware, Grandma Jeanne Woodford is our main fundraiser and she HUSTLES year round to raise thousands and thousands of dollars for our team every year to keep down membership fees and to keep our equipment up to date.  We truly could not function as a team without her so if you run into her, make sure to say thank you--and then she will ask you if your company wants to support our team with a tax deductible donation :)

 

 

Thank You For Your Patience

  • The BHS Swim Season is basically over.  They still have one final championship meet for the fastest swimmers next weekend, but their daily James Lemos Practices are done!!!  This means we get all of the pool lanes, Coach Mariska, and the junior coaches all to ourselves! 
  • Thank you for all of your patience as we shared resources with our high school!
