Meet The Managers

Hi everyone!  I am Francis Schmutz but most people call me Fran or Franny!  Currently I am the Associate Head Coach for the Women’s Soccer team at The College of New Jersey as well as the Director of Coaching for Deptford Premier FC.

Both in work and everyday life I truly enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and creating memories.  My life is very sports and competition centric.  When I am not coaching I am often watching different sports so I very much look forward to seeing our Swim and Dive teams!

I grew up in Downs Farm just down the street.  I am a Horace Mann, Beck Middle School, and Cherry Hill East alum.  Growing up I worked at Downs Farm doing Maintenance, Lifeguarding and was an assistant manager until I was about 21.  I am so excited to be returning to Downs Farm this summer as one of your managers and look forward to connecting with all of you!
