Head Coach Needed!

The Windwood Warriors Swim Team is looking for a Head Coach for the 2026 summer season. The Warriors are a neighborhood team of about 120 swimmers, ages 4-18, in southeast West Chester. We are part of the TriCounty Swim League. Our team is focused on individual swimmer development/growth in all four swim strokes, team-building, community connection, and fun!

 

The summer swim season runs from May 18th until July 19th. The time commitment for coaches is typically 3 hours/day, 5 days/week for 9 weeks, six evening meets (usually Tuesdays), championships (July 17th and 18th), and team building events (pasta party & ice cream awards, etc). Additional Head Coach responsibilities are outlined here.
