SwimVille USA is excited to partner with the Windwood Club for the Summer 2025 swim season! Below is
helpful information regarding the purchase of your team gear:
Items can be purchased at the on-site suit fitting on Sunday, May 18th; online at your team portal on
swimvilleusa.com (instructions below); by phone at 513-840-7946; or in our retail store!

- We are located at 7714 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati 45236 (just past the Kenwood Towne Center)
- Our store hours: Monday-Friday 10am – 6pm, Saturdays 10am-5pm; Sundays Hour 1-5pm

o The QR CODE below will take you to the “Create an Account” page
o First, complete the registration information on this page
o Next, click on your team name in the top “banner” [if on laptop] [if on phone, go to the “drop down
hamburger menu” for team link]; this will allow access to your team’s webpage (and team
discounts!) as well as the entire Swimville USA website
o To access your page in the future, you will need to log in to the Swimville USA website under the
“Returning Customers” column; then click on your team name to access your team page
