The SouthRidge Lakes (SRL) Barracudas are a community summer swim team led by parent volunteers. For the past 35 years, we’ve been successful in providing a quality summer athletic and recreational activity for the youth of SRL, as well as for non-residents.  Our focus is to foster a fun environment where the swimmers can develop their swimming skills, fitness and participate in wholesome competition. Our season starts in May when school is out of session, and we compete weekly during June and July against other Southlake swim teams.  There will be a total of 5 swim meets.  

Through participation with the Barracudas, swimmers and parents gain the opportunity to build strong community relations—and we have a great time along the way! Many happy summer memories and close friendships are made through this organization.
