Early Registration - January 20-February 2

NOTE: Age groups may fill up and age groups will close.

After February 2:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be put in writing and e-mailed to [email protected] & [email protected].

Refund Policy for the 2025 Swim Season:​

• If a swimmer withdraws from the program by 3/28/25, registration fees will be refunded, less $50 per swimmer
• If a swimmer withdraws from the program by 4/4/25, registration fees will be refunded, less $75 per swimmer
• If a swimmer withdraws from the program by 4/11/25, registration fees will be refunded, less $100 per swimmer
• If a swimmer withdraws from the program by 4/18/25, registration fees will be refunded, less $150 per swimmer
• Withdrawal from the program after 4/19/25 will result in a forfeiture of all registration fees
• Additional fees might be charged to Member Account if a swimmer withdraws from the program after April 28, 2025 to cover jobs and other expenses. 
• The team is not responsible for apparel bought before a family drops from the team
