After your swimmer has completed a tryout and made the team:
- Pool membership: You must be a member of the Waverly Woods Pool to be on the swim team. If you need to join as an 'outside member' use this Registration Form to apply for membership to the pool. Call First Real Estate Management Company with questions 410-730-9531
- Registration: Register your family and your swimmer(s) and pay team membership fees on the registration page for this website.
- Volunteer: Every family is required to volunteer for 4 jobs this season. The volunteer sign up will open on the website at 9 pm on May 31. Sign up early to have your choice of jobs.
- Practice: Practice schedules are on the website under the PRACTICES tab. Your swimmer may attend one practice session per day for their age group.
- Meets: Once your swimmer is registered, you will be able to edit their commitment to meets on the website. Swimmers need to commit or decline all regular season meets by June 9, 2025. Only swimmers who COMMIT to the meet will be entered to swim events. If your swimmer has a time constraints such as needing to leave early, please write that in the Notes section.
- Team Suit: The team suit is recommended but not required. For girls it is the Arena Halftone Light Drop Back in black and green. For boys it is the Arena Halftone Jammer in black and green. Suits are available from Cy’s in Catonsville (http://www.cysswim.com) or at online retailers. Cy's will also be at the Waverly Woods Clubhouse on Sunday June 1, 2025 between 3-5pm with swimsuits for sale.
