PRACTICES

SUMMER TEAM (A/B/C/D Groups)

Washington & Sand Hollow practices are Tuesday through Friday.

• Start date:  Tuesday, June 3
• Finish date:  Thursday, July 31
• No practice:  Friday, July 3-4, and Thursday, July 24-25
• Meet dates:  June 21, July 19, and July 31

High School Prep Group

Practice at the Washington pool only. Practices are Monday through Thursday.

Monday: 6:00-8:00 PM (Dryland 6:00-6:30; swim 6:30-8:00)

Tues: 8:30-9:30 AM (no DL)

Wed: 8:30-9:30 AM (no DL)

Thurs: 5:00-7:00 PM (Dryland 5:00-5:30; swim 5:30-7:00)

SWIM CAMP

Friday, August 1st 

At the end of the season, we hold a swim camp run by our National Team coach and its swimmers. These swimmers are 14-18 years old and compete at some of the highest-level swim meets around the country for athletes under 18. At this camp, swimmers will have the opportunity to try out for the year-round competitive team.
