Tri-State Swim League: (Summer League)

Practices are held Monday - Thursday 5:45PM - 8:00PM Friday 5:30 - 7:00 @ Municipal Pool*

Practice times will vary on age group:  10 & U will end around 6:45 11-12 will end around 7:00 - 7:15 13+ will end around 7:45 - 8:00

Everyone will start with stretching at 5:45 and then be split into different lanes depending on age and skill.

*Depending on weather and pool parties

Heartland Swim League: (Winter/Spring League)

Practices are Monday Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 (10 & Under) 6:15 - 8:00 (11 and Older) Wednesday 5:30 - 7:30 (everyone) @ YMCA
