Senior Prep

The focus of this group is to refine and continue to develop the swimmer’s skills, conditioning, and endurance training. The Senior Prep group is for high school swimmers that want to stay in shape year round. Technique is a primary focus as well as an increase in volume and intensity. The focus will be on local and state competitions. Athletes are encouraged to attend all practices and meets that are offered, but there are no requirements.
