HIGH PERFORMANCE GROUP  

Age Development swimmers continue to work on the basics, fundamentals, and are introduced to goal pace training. The objective of this group is for swimmers to achieve SCS Spring Age-Group Championship time standards in multiple events. Swimmers are expected to participate in swim meets and attend most practices. In order to be considered for this group, swimmers must achieve a combination of 5 unique JAG, WAG, or SCS Summer Champs time standards

HIGH PERFORMANCE GROUP

13 - 18 swim group that meets M-F, and Saturdays.

Orange 3 swimmers must be invited to participate in this group. This group is comprised of future National Team leaders who work tirelessly to improve the efficiency of their strokes, increase power through water and dryland activities, and improve race strategy. Swimmers are expected to participate in swim meets and attend most practices. The minimum time standard required to be considered for this group is at least 3 SCS Spring Age-Group Championship time standards or 2 Sectionals time standards.
