Meghan Cimini Commits to swim for Saginaw Valley State University Congratulations to Sun Coast Swim Team’s Meghan Cimini on committing to Saginaw Valley State University’s NCAA DII Cardinals Swim Team to continue her athletic and academic career. Meghan is the 26th swimmer to go on to swim in college from the Sun Coast Swim Team. We are so proud of Meghan and look forward to cheering her on next season! GO CARDINALS! GO MEGHAN!!

Drew Jenkins SCST’s 2022 Club Athlete Representative Congratulations to Drew Jenkins (CHS class of 2023) for being selected as Sun Coast Swim Team’s 2022 Florida Swimming Club Athlete Representative. Drew will be representing the near 100 Sun Coast Swim Team athletes. Drew may attend the annual Florida Swimming House of Delegates as the Club Athlete Representative and may vote as a member of the Athlete Election Committee on athletic issues. Coach Dickemann (Langsford) name in 100 Greatest swimmers of all times Today Sun Coast Swim Team (SCST) coach and former collegiate swimmer Michelle Dickemann (Langsford) was honored as one of the100 greatest swimmers in collegiate history alongside swimmers like Katie Ledecky. Today, November 9, 2021, the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA) as a part of the CSCAA’s 100th-year celebration announced the 100 Greatest Swimmers & Divers of the past century. Jenkins Regional Champ, heads back to States Congratulations to Sun Coast Swim Team's own Drew Jenkins, a Citrus High Junior on being FHSAA 2A Regional Champion in the 100Y Breast and 2nd place in the 100Y Fly. Florida Summer Area 3 Championships Recap Florida Summer Area 3 Championships is always one of the hottest meets of the year both in temperature/weather and swim times! This year was no exception. As a team of only 12 swimmers this year, we had over 60 top 10 finishes, 14 of which were top 3 finishes. Nearly all swimmers drop time in at least one event and most in a majority of their swims.
