The National Motivational Times allows swimmers to gauge how well they are swimming compared to other swimmers of the same age group and gender throughout the country, and shows them at what level they are swimming. Times are listed for Long Course Meters (LCM), Short Course Meters (SCM), and Short Course Yards (SCY).
To see if your child has met a motivational time, you will need to look at the final results. If your child has a letter such as B, that means they have met the first motivational time for that event. Click on the chart below to see all motivational times.
