Member Sponsorship Resources - Specific to HSA Families Submitting Sponsorships
Eligibility: All families within the club are eligible and encouraged to participate in securing sponsorships.
Guidelines: Families should use the official Sponsorship Packet and follow Club guidelines when approaching potential sponsors. All sponsorships must be processed through the Club Administrator (Lori Daniel) for proper crediting and record-keeping. Sponsorships should align with the club’s values and mission. The Board reserves the right to decline any sponsorship.
Tracking and Accountability: All sponsorship forms and payments must be submitted to the HSA Operations Coordinator (Arthur Fortin). The Board reserves the right to review and approve all sponsorships. Businesses that conflict with the mission or values of the Club may be declined. Questions or concerns about the program should be directed to the Board or the HSA Operations Coordinator.
Rules and Restrictions
To ensure fairness and consistency, the following rules apply:
Members are only eligible for incentives linked to small business sponsorships of $5,000 or less. Member incentives are valid for the term of the sponsorship and will be applied to the member account to offset tuition and meet fees.
Number of Sponsorships per Family: Families may secure up to five (5) sponsorships per swim season, but may not receive an account credit beyond $250.
Exclusive Rights: Once a family submits a completed sponsorship form, that sponsor is credited to them; no other family may claim the same business during that season. Families are encouraged to check with the HSA Operations Coordinator before approaching a business to avoid duplicate requests
Renewals: If a sponsor from the prior season renews, credit will go to the same family who originally secured that sponsorship, unless the family is no longer active with the Club. If two families collaborate to secure a sponsor, they may choose to split the credit; the arrangement must be confirmed in writing when the sponsor form is submitted.
