Lessons Group Requirements:
This class will focus on the fundamental skill and drills in the sport of diving. Divers will learn how to safely complete their approach, take off and entry position in the water while also focusing on their dryland and trampoline skills. This class may seem repetitive due to the amount of attention needed on the fundamental level. We ask parents to be patient while this class is meant to perfect basic skills that will influence the rest of a divers career. Dives will be offered chances to compete if they wish, but are not required to.
