Philosophy:

Seals Swim Club is a year round competitive swim club for athletes between the ages of 6 and 18. Our primary goals include technique based training, individualized instruction, character development through the sport of swimming, and a fun and creative atmosphere for learning and development.

Training Groups:

We offer different training groups to meet the needs of athletes in various stages of their athletic development.

  • Red Group
  • White-1 Group
  • White-2 Group
  • Blue Group
  • High School Conditioning

Practice Days:

  • Monday - Saturday (practice days and times vary for each group)

Commitment:

Success in swimming depends on the support from parents and families. For swimmers to experience the benefits of the sport, we ask for the following commitment:

  • Red Group: attend 2-3 practices per week and all local meets (PCB, PC & Dothan)
  • White Group: attend 3-4 practices per week and all local meets (PCB, PC & Dothan)
  • Blue Group: attend 4-5 practices per week and all scheduled meets
