Before entering the Women’s 200m and 400m Freestyle in the World Aquatics Championships 2023 in Fukuoka, Japan, Harper Barrowman was already known for her accomplishment as the first female Caymanian to make a Commonwealth Games final, participating in the CARIFTA games and Central Caribbean Championships since 2019.
