Please check back regularly to this page since as conditions and restrictions change the practices will change.

How do I know which Practice time/day my swimmer should attend?

  •  You need to know your swimmer's roster group and each roster group is then assigned a practice day/time

How do I find my swimmer's roster group?

  •  On the team website go to My Account->Account Info
    • Click on the Members tab and select your swimmer
      • On this tab you will then look for Roster Group 
        • PLEASE NOTE: 'Intrasquad Team' is NOT your roster group, that is the team your swimmer is on when we are able to have an instrasquad Black/Red meet.
      • Once you know the roster group then find the roster group in the practice schedule below.
