Volunteers Needed - Athlete & Parent Education to Assist Neptune Swimming in Being Recognized as "SAFE SPORT TEAM"

Dear Neptune Swimming Families,

USA Swimming is trying very hard to implement safe sport platform to esnure the safety of the athletes, coaches and the parents while at practice and at meets.

A new program just announced is "SAFE SPORT TEAMS".  This requires all teams submit team policies that address a range of issues from bullying, to code of conducts to photography policies.  

One area that is now required is parent & athlete education.  For Neptune Swimming to gain recognition as a "SAFE SPORT TEAM" we need your help.  The course takes about 30 minutes, covers a range of topics that are important to discuss and keep fresh on.

Once you've completed the course, your results will automatically be credited to our team.  1 hour of volunteering per class will be credited to accounts that can provide the completed certifcate of the Parent Course or screen shot of the Athlete Course. Email Ashley for credit.
