USA Swimming's Safe Sport Program actively examines any complaint alleging that a member has violated its Code of Conduct. Reporting inappropriate behavior is the key to stopping that behavior. USA Swimming requires any person with credible and specific information regarding misconduct or abuse to report it to USA Swimming Safe Sport Program staff.

The Safe Sport website includes USA Swimming policies and guidelines and training and education. There is contact information for the Safe Sport staff and directions on how to report misconduct.
