Capital of Texas Aquatics Swim Team is a non-profit organization working hard to provide an outstanding, stable, and financially sound competitive swimming program for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Financial Commitments
- Annual COTA Swim Team registration fee
- Monthly dues (including any late fees)
- Meet fees (if applicable)
- Participation in annual Swimathon fundraising.
All fees are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.
COTA dues will be charged on a monthly basis on the first of each month. COTA's website processes payment using credit cards or automatic check (ACH). COTA's preferred method of payment is through automatic check.
Once registration is complete, please log in to your secure account and add your bank account information through My Account/Set up autopay.
A fee of $20 will be assessed for payments received after the 5th of the month.
Swimmers with delinquent fees greater than 30 days will not be allowed to swim the following month until all fees (including late charges) are paid.
Swimmers with delinquent fees greater than 60 days will not be able to register for swim meets.
Leaving the Team
If you wish to voluntarily withdraw from the team, you must notify Capital of Texas Aquatics through the designated email ([email protected]) by the 20th of the month prior to the month of withdrawal.
For example: [email protected] must receive notice by April 20th if your swimmer does not intend to swim for the month of May. Do not rely on the coaches or other parents to notify the COTA Administrator. If you do not submit your notice to this specific email address, you will be responsible for the monthly dues until we receive proper notification.
