SPA Swim America Policies & Procedures

Please read the following policies carefully. These policies may be changed at any time without notice.

Class Cancellation Policy

  • Please know that SPA SwimAmerica rents pool space from the Sienna Residential Association (SRA). This means there may be times we need to cancel, combine or move class venue in order to accommodate other pool users.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, combine or move class venue at any time. In the event SPA SwimAmerica cancels a class, we will do our best to schedule a makeup class, if no make up class is able to be scheduled, you will receive a credit for the cancelled class.
  • Should a class be cancelled due to inclement weather, SPA SwimAmerica will try to offer a makeup class. Only one make up class will be offered per week. We cannot guaranttee the make up class will be at the same time as your student's current class. If a makeup class cannot be added, your account will be credited for the fees of the cancelled class.
  • In the event of a class cancellation or change of location, you will receive an email notification. Please note that we try to give as much notice as possible, but weather and pool maintenance can be unpredictable.

Makeup Policy

  • Unless SPA SwimAmerica cancels a class due to inclement weather, pool availability from SRA, or other hazardous conditions, attendance in scheduled classes is the responsibility of the participants.
  • We do NOT provide refunds, makeup classes or allow the participant to attend a different class due to personal schedule conflicts or illness.
  • We recognize that illness is unpredictable, however please be aware that your child's spot is reserved and cannot be reassigned on short notice.
  • Students should arrive no less than 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Late students will not be accepted into class as it disrupts learning for the class.
