Coach Adam is excited to begin in his seventh year with SPA.  Over the past six years Coach Adam has coached swimmers to numerous team records and qualifiers for; Age Group Champs, Gulf Open Water Select Team, TAGS, Sectionals, Futures, Junior Nationals and the U.S. Open.

Before coming to SPA, he coached at First Colony Swim Team 2010-2019.  While there, his swimmers qualified for Age Group Champs, TAGS, Sectionals and Southern Senior Zones.  Adam has been a member of Gulf All Star, Zones, NACC, and Select Camp Staffs.   Before coaching with FCST Adam spent three years as an assistant college coach, one year as a club coach and three years as a head high school coach.

In college, he swam for Hope College and lettered all four years.

Coach Adam has an amazing daughter who he loves to spend as much time with as possible.

Veronica was born and raised in Houston and attended Ridge Point High School. She started to taking swim lessons when she was three and switched to competitive swimming when she was seven years old. She swam for Teal run and her High School swim team. 

She has taught all ages, recently coached and taught kids at the YMCA.  She also volunteered as a coach at her old swim team, Teal Run. 

When Veronica is outside the pool she likes to hang out with her family, her boyfriend and do a lot of activities. 

Tiffany was born and raised in a small town near Pittsburgh, PA. She began her swimming career at the age of 10 with her local club team and later competed at Youngstown State University. Tiffany’s passion for the sport led her to coaching at her former club, where she initially worked with the novice group before advancing to coach the high school swim team. Recently, Tiffany returned to competitive swimming as a member of SPA's Masters program.

She is deeply committed to fostering a love for swimming in young athletes, sharing her enthusiasm for the sport through her coaching.

Outside of swimming, Tiffany enjoys running, reading, crocheting, and spending quality time with her two young sons.
