Neptune Aquatics Staff
Neptune Aquatics believes the "coach" is the resource for swimmers receiving the latest techniques in the field of competitive swimming. It is the coach's responsibility to plan workouts and help each swimmer develop and progress at their highest level of ability.
A coach who communicates with parents about the importance of consistent committment to training, conditioning, following instructions and accepting accountability builds confidence, stamina and endurance...which leads to an exemplary athlete.
