Meet Managers Page

Here you will find information for Meet Managers.  

Please use the following procedures when hosting a meet.

  1. Submit your Meet Letter and Events File (hyv) to the FL Office by e-mail in word.doc format for sanctioning.
  2. Both files must be submitted together for website posting.
  3. After accepting entries, submit your USAS Registration Recon File to the FL Office up to 5 days before the start of the meet.  
  4. Notify attending teams of any unregistered swimmers.
  5. Print and post signage for MAAPPs information (Camera Zones, Locker Rooms, Coach Verification) etc.
  6. After the meet, submit your fees due report using a Transmittal of Funds form with payment along with Meet Backup, Meet Results .zip, and Results .pdf to the FL Office.
