Dan Dittmer, Head Coach and Owner of Longwood Aquatic Club in Longwood, FL passed away peacefully this past week. He was a proud veteran of the US Navy. Currently, most workers who earn at least $684 per week ($35,568 per year) are exempt from overtime wages federally, though states can set higher thresholds and more restrictive requirements on that.
