On Thursday, February 13, Arena Grand Prix event organizers will bring together a group of the USA’s topOlympic swimmers at USA Swimming’s Arena Grand Prix in Orlando at the YMCA Aquatic Center (8422 International Dr, Orlando, FL).  This event is designed to generate water safety awareness and to promote learn-to-swim programs available at either low or no cost to the participant. Coaches, As many of you are aware, the Florida Swimming Open Water All Star  meet will be on Sunday, April 13th in Ft. Myers.  Selection criteria  for this event is as follows: Senior Champs: Top 5 times from 15-18 year olds boys/girls 1650 FLAGS: Top 5 boys/girls 11-12 1000 and 13-14 1650 *should 13-18 year old swimmers placed in the top 8 in the 1650 decline an invitation to the team, it is the All Star Coach's  discretion to move to the top 8 1000 yard swimmers.
