The way that the new ARC courses work: Instructor schedules the class on the new ARC online system. The chapter to which the instructor is affiliated should be checking the system on a daily basis and clicks on “authorize” so that the instructor can conduct the class. Once the chapter has authorized the class, the instructor can print out the certifications and take them to the class to distribute immediately after the class concludes. There is no longer any waiting for cards!
