TRI COUNTY ELITE SWIM SCHOOL POLICIES & GUIDELINES

General:

  • Hours of operations will be posted TNT Practice schedule of this website.
  • During the swim school operating hours, its facilities, premises, and equipment are supervised and maintained by the Swim School Coaches, Lifeguards, and Facility Management.
  • Swimmers and guests are expected to behave in a generally accepted manner and abide by the Facilities procedures and policies. They should refrain from the use of obscene language.  Facility Rules are posted on the wall close to the pool area.
  • The Tri County Elite Swim School welcome people from all walks of life. Any form of discrimination or harassment of anyone is not tolerated by the Tri County Elite Swim School and said facility that is being used. 
  • The swim school is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
  • Persons using the swim school recreation equipment are responsible for its proper use and return.

Health:

  • Members and guests are expected to observe generally accepted health and sanitation rules and practices.
  • If your child is not feeling well, please cancel and help keep others safe and well.
  • Any person showing evidence of any communicable skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharges, or any other communicable disease will be denied admission.
  • If your child has had fever, vomiting or diarrhea within 24hrs they cannot attend.
  • Children should be encouraged to use the restroom before entering the water. Immediately report any “accidents” you observe in the bathing waters to a lifeguard.
  • Only proper swim attire is permitted in the pool.
  • Trash must be placed in the containers provided. Beverage cans should be placed in the recyclable container.

Safety:

Members of TNT and Tri County Elite Swim School must, at all times, follow appropriate code of conduct policies including but not limited to the following:

  • Behave in such a way that their action reflects positively on themselves and the swim school.
  • Display proper respect and sportsmanship toward coaches, officials, administrators, and fellow athletes.
  • Follow the directions of the coaching staff during practices, and other team activities.
  • Do not remove or take any article that does not belong to you, such as clothing, jewelry, money or any other items regardless of value.
  • Respect and not damage/tamper with the location you are at for your skills session.
  • Refrain from all illegal or inappropriate behaviors that would detract from a positive image of the Swim School or be detrimental to its performance objectives.
  • Never interfere with the progress of another swimmer at any time.
  • Obey applicable pool safety rules, including but not limited to the following:
    1. No running on deck or in the locker rooms.
    2. No diving except where permitted and in the manner permitted.
    3. No unruly or disruptive behavior, such as; pushing, shoving, inappropriate touching, yelling on deck or in the locker rooms.
    4. No towel snapping or hitting.
    5. No fighting or roughhousing.
    6. It is the swimmer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with and abide by pool safety rules applicable to the facility where a practice or swim event is being held.
  • Refrain from verbal or physical abuse/assault or inappropriate touching behavior towards other teammates, coaches, officials, or fellow competitors.
  • Swimmers must practice/compete to the best of their ability at all times.
  • Never endanger the safety of another participant, coach or administrator.
  • Never leave the supervision of the coaching staff without their direct approval.

Refund Policies

  • Because of pool rental fees, there is a 24 Hour cancelation policy on swim lessons. There will be a $25 charge towards your account if lesson isnt canceled inside the 24 hours.   

  • There is a $75 non refundable deposit paid when registering for TNT assessed on the first day, October 15, 2023.  There will be no refunds after December 1, 2023 for the Winter session and April 1 for the Spring session.   All refunds cost will be adjusted based on how many sessions have been completed at said time.
