European Swimming Federation (LEN) Constitutional Rules accepted in Debrecen An Extraordinary Congress, held on the occasion of the 31st European Swimming Championships in Debrecen, Hungary, approved changes to the LEN Constitutional Rules on Saturday by a large majority (62-10). 36 of the 51 LEN Member Federations were represented by their respective delegates.
