"Intermediate Swim Team"

Registration opens for returning members the THURSDAY before the next session at 8pm. 

Registration opens for NEW members the FRIDAY before the next session at 8pm.

The St. James Stroke Academy is the step between lessons and swim team. During this program athletes will work specifically on technique for all 4 strokes, learn how to read a pace clock, do flip and open turns, dive off blocks, and other skills they will need to know before joining a swim team.

Athletes in Stroke Academy have the option of practicing once or twice a week in 4 week intervals. At the end of the 4 weeks each athlete will receive an evaluation so that families can track their progress.

Ages

STROKE ACADEMY: 4-11 years old

STROKE ELITE: 11-18 years old

*MUST BE LEGAL OR VERY CLOSE IN ALL FOUR STROKES*
