Monthly payment will be charged on the first of every month. There is a $5 late fee for payment not made before the 5th of the month. 

Meet fees are invoiced to your account for any meets that occurred during the previous month. 

Meet fees are assessed differently for each meet, but most usually consists of a surcharge per swimmer participating and per event fee. You can find the payment information on the meet information document that is posted. 

 

Group Tuition Payment tier is as follows: 

Platinum - $120/month

Gold – $100/month

Silver – $90/month

Bronze – $75/month

Minnow – $65/month

Cache Valley Marlins Financial Policy 

1.      No Partial Refunds for Missed Practices:

  • We understand that schedules can be busy and unforeseen circumstances may arise.  However, to maintain the integrity of our program and administrative processes, we will no longer issue partial refunds for swim practices missed during a month.  This policy applies regardless of the number of practices missed. 

2.      Encouragement to Attend:

  • We encourage all swimmers to attend as many practices as possible to maximize their progress and development. Regular attendance is essential for skill improvement and team camaraderie.

3.      Full Commitment:

  • By enrolling in our program, you are committing to the full month’s schedule.  We value your participation and strive to offer a consistent, high-quality experience for all our athletes. However, we do understand that not all practices will be made every week. Please let a coach know if you plan to be gone more than a few days that month. 

4. Notice of Suspension or Cancellation: 

  • If you are planning to suspend your account or cancel your place on our swim team, please let us know via email at least 5 DAYS PRIOR to the end of the month.
