Swim Team Groups

Explorer {Stroke School} -  Swimmers in this group are transitioning from swimming lessons to explore the world of competitive swimming. Swimmers must be able to complete multiple laps (25 yards) comfortably. Swimmers will learn basic swim techniques and the primary focus will be on freestyle and backstroke. Our small class size will ensure a great learning environment while children have fun in a safe setting! No minimum attendance required, it is suggested to attend at least two practices per week.

Imagination {Stroke Development} –  Swimmers in this group begin to imagine the possibilities of what swimming can offer them. Designed for swimmers who can complete multiple laps and have a basic understanding of swimming. Swimmers will become proficient in all four strokes as well as learn advanced techniques in preparation for competitive swimming. Swimmers will work together to build their skills as competitors as well as teammates! No minimum attendance required, it is suggested to attend three practices per week.

Voyager  {Competitive Training} - Voyager swimmers are making the commitment to the journey of competitive swimming. Designed for competitive swimmers who can complete a practice program of over one hour. The swimmers will focus on competitive training, meet preparation, and fitness. Suggested attending 4 or more practices weekly

Legacy & Senior {Elite Race Training} -  Swimmers in this group have embraced the journey and desire to leave an impact on our sport. This is our most competitive group focused on helping swimmers reach their full potential both in and out of the water. Swimmers will train and work together to achieve the highest results for their age group. Team travel and participation in USA swim meets is required. Suggested to attend 5-8 practices weekly.
