Important Information about LEAVING Park City Swimming
- Members that decide to leave the team must notify the Park City Swimming Admin ([email protected]) by email before the 21st day of the coming month that you will no longer be participating with the team. There are NO REFUNDS.
- Departing members are obligated to pay any outstanding monies owed to Park City Swimming.
- Dues will continue to accrue until the Park City Swimming Admin is notified by email of leaving the team or taking a leave of absence.
- If a member decides to return to Park City Swimming, there will be a $20 account reactivation fee.
