About Gold’s Aquatics Camas
At Gold’s Aquatics Camas, we are dedicated to providing high-quality aquatic programs that help swimmers of all ages and abilities develop confidence, skills, and a love for the water. Whether you're just starting out or training for competition, our programs offer a structured and supportive environment to help every swimmer reach their potential.
Our Pools
Our facility features three pools, each designed for different aquatic activities:
Indoor Lap Pool – A three-lane lap pool kept at approximately 84°F, perfect for fitness swimming and lessons.
Indoor Recreational Pool – A warmer pool at approximately 89°F, ideal for beginner swim lessons and family-friendly water activities.
Indoor/Outdoor Pool – Our largest pool, maintained at approximately 80-82°F, is home to our competitive swim team, Pre-Comp, and Junior Swim Club.
During the winter, this pool is enclosed, making it comfortable for year-round training. In the summer, we open the retractable roof and remove the panels, allowing swimmers to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
Fun fact: Our outdoor pool is the largest pool in Clark County, giving swimmers a unique space to train, learn, and enjoy the water!
Swim Lesson Program
Our progressive swim lesson program is designed to teach essential water safety skills while building strong swimming fundamentals. With levels tailored to different age groups and abilities, swimmers will gain confidence and develop proper technique in a fun and engaging setting.
