SHORT COURSE SEASON REPORT

NUMBERS
Gold’s aquatic club Camas started in September with 68 swimmers and we finished our season with 90 swimmers. That is an increase of 22 swimmers in six months witch also calculate to a 24% of increase swim team members.
A.
Goals
i.
Increase the size of the team to 120 swimmers.
ii.
Grow
in numbers the Age group
Intro. By having
a strong conversion rate from the
pre- Comp. Group.

MEETS
Our team participated in 14 meets in this season with an average of 30 swimmers per meet. The improvement rate average for the season was 74.5% . This is a great improvement rate considering that anything over 50% is considered a good number.

A total of 6 swimmers swam with the best 10 and under for
Oregon swimming and did a great job competing and
learning.

Region Age Group Championships
i.
A total of 4 swimmers represented the Team
. This was the first time that our swimmers competed at the reg
ionals level and the first time swimming at the great pool in federal way, our swimmers did a great job stepping up and racing
against the best of the North West,
Kathewas
one of the best scorers in her age group with 44 total points and Ethan scored 4 point for the boys. Congratulations to all 4 swimmers
