Team Unify and OnDeck App

1. Bookmark the Team Unify page https://www.teamunify.com/team/wass/page/home

2. Download the OnDeck App on your phone and Log in using your Team Unify info.  See more OnDeck info below.

- Please make sure your teenagers downloads the OnDeck app and that they have the log in info.

3. On the Team Unify site you need to:

- Check your swimmers' shirt size! Every swimmer will get a team shirt to Tie dye so we want it to fit.  :)

- Please make sure they are listed in the correct age group

For example, are you a returning family that forgot to change your swimmers' shirt size from last year like me?  Or, did you select L (large) and mean to select YL (youth large)?

4. On the Team Unify Site or the OnDeck app you need to:

- Make sure every adult involved with Swim Team and 13+ swimmers' email is entered and verified.  If the email is not verified, they will not receive communication.  Adults need to enter their info in the "Account" section and swimmers' info needs to be entered in the "Member" section.

- Make sure at least 1 adult and every 13+ swimmers have entered their cell number into the SMS section so you can receive any last-minute communication such as pool closures due to thunder and lightning or from coaches asking you or your swimmer to declare.  Adults need to enter their info in the "Account" section and swimmers' info needs to be entered in the "Member" section.

4. When you receive communication from the coaches or Team reps please read all the info and complete any tasks as soon as possible. 

Please complete steps 1-4 ASAP :) so you and everyone involved in Swim Team  receives communication.
